March 30 - We had a huge win last week on behalf of one of our clients at the SD Supreme Court. We’re normally not able to disclose the top secret cases we work on at Black Hills Advocate, but because of this ruling, this case is now in the public domain.

This case has been years of hard work by skilled professionals and colleagues across a variety of disciplines. We are forever grateful to each of them for their hard work, deep commitment to justice and for sharing their many talents and testimony. Everyone involved was and remains united in our desire to bring justice to this man and see this case through to the end. With this judgement, we are one step closer to achieving our goal.
